Why am I receiving " Bot said: This is not an appropriate topic for a chatbot"

"Hi,

I am curious as to why my agent is responding with

Bot said:

"This is not an appropriate topic for a chatbot".

Looking to an agent as a workaround for context limits, I added only a graphql schema endpoint definition to the agent as a knowledge source along with a topic on querying that endpoint. My chat questions was: "please provide me with a graphql query to retrieve the most recent attribute data values for a specific piece of equipment" then I received the unexpected response. I have attached some artifacts.
