Power Bi data driven alert is not working

Hi,

I'm using MS Flow to send email to multiple people when a Power Bi data driven alert is triggered. This particular trigger is not working. It says "Unable to check for new events. View details".

Can anyone help me out?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    I tested it on my side and the trigger works fine.

    Please make sure that the alert rule(Alert Id) you selected has not been deleted and that the corresponding tile has not been deleted.

    In addition you could try to recreate such a Flow and update the connection.

    Previously, other users have encountered similar problems with "Unable to check new events. View details". Re-creating Flow is a workaround that can be used.

    Please take a try and see if issue still exists.

    Hi @v-bacao-msft

    The data alert tile and alert id still exist and I tried re-creating the flow many times. It's not working.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    Please click on the red box from the Power BI portal and recreate a similar Flow.

    Have you had any successful experiences before?

    Have you tried updating the connection?

    I did the tests in different environments and I didn't see similar problems.

    @v-bacao-msft,

    Thanks!. Updating the connection multiple times helped in solving my problem.

    But I think if this is so, then we may face flow failure again in run time.
