How can I link the planner checklist in power automate?

 I'm a beginner about power automate, and now I face a problem.

When got a form submitted, it will auto add to planner task and I need to put the ticket number in the checklist and send it back to the responder when the task done, but I got try many ways still cannot fix it?

Can anyone help me?

    I got create a new trigger when the task is complete but still cannot connect to the forms response and get the content. Is it the got other ways to solve this?

    Hi @Happy0125 ,

     

    So, you will need to link the task and the form response. You can save the ResponseId from trigger outputs (which is a number) in a field of the task, when the task is completed, using this number in a Get response details action in flow 2.

    But after I separate my flow, I cannot get the details of the forms and send out via email after the task done.

    Hi @Happy0125 ,

     

    An automated flow allows only one trigger, so you will need to separate your flow.

     

    Flow1:

    When a new response is submitted -> Get response details -> Create a task -> Update task details (save responder as the assigned to user.)

     

    Flow2:

    When a task is completed -> Get task details -> Send an Email.
