    Hi @Happy0125 ,

An automated flow allows only one trigger, so you will need to separate your flow.

    Flow1:

When a new response is submitted -> Get response details -> Create a task -> Update task details (save responder as the assigned to user.)

    Flow2:

When a task is completed -> Get task details -> Send an Email.

    Best regards,

But after I separate my flow, I cannot get the details of the forms and send out via email after the task done.

    Hi @Happy0125 ,

So, you will need to link the task and the form response. You can save the ResponseId from trigger outputs (which is a number) in a field of the task, when the task is completed, using this number in a Get response details action in flow 2.

    Best regards,

    Hi @Happy0125 ,

Where do you save the response id, task description?

    Best regards,
