OneDrive Create File - Status 400, Invalid Request

I have a flow that downloads zip files and creates them in a OneDrive for Business folder. The flows success rate is fairly high. However, I'm seeing these intermittent errors. The error message doesn't provide much information so I don't know why it occurs. When I resubmit manually the flow completes successfully.

Does anyone know why this occurs and what I can do to prevent it?

This is strange behavior, can you share your flow to better understand what could be causing it? Have you noticed any pattern in the files when it fails?

Here's a screenshot of the entire flow. It's quite a small flow. Let me know if you would like to see some specific configuration.

Also, I have not noticed any patterns. It just seems to happen randomly.

I think the best way to address this issue is by creating a support ticket.

I too get these intermittent errors that appear to fail for no reason. Running the flow again it gets through fine. Very frustrating!

Having same issue from 27th october, stop working suddenly.

For me the step to create file works fine, however step to convert to pdf fails!

Its a shame Microsoft doesn't fix this issue as they appear, after 3 weeks issue still remains.
Have opened a support request with them, and now I'll have to go through than painful process, I'm sure I'll need to start with support explaining what power automate is...
