Cannot Find Google Calendar Event based on Query from MS365 Calendar

Ultimately, I'm just trying to one-way sync my MS365 calendar to a Google calendar. I can see from these forums that it's more difficult than I imagined.

I'm able to sync the "create new" events scenario. However, I cannot seem to delete as the event IDs do not match from Outlook to Google. What would be the best way to find a corresponding Google Calendar event based on a create/change/delete of a MS365 calendar event?

    You can try this approach,
When you create an event in the Google Calendar (Google Calendar - Connectors | Microsoft Learn) it appears as if event Id is returned in the response (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/googlecalendar/#responseevent). You can store this event id in the M365 calendar event so that when you trigger a delete event in the M365 calendar it would use this event id to delete the Google event.

Thanks @ronaldwalcott--I'll take a look at this. My fix was to just delete all events and recopy everything over upon deletion of an event. Not optimal, but it's automatic and only takes ~90 seconds. I'd still prefer it to be more instant.
