Hi,

I have build a flow which generates an excel export using excel online in Sharepoint folder. The flow has worked fine up to now but since this morning I am getting the following error:

{

"917656; Access+denied.+Before+opening+files+in+this+location%2c+you+must+first+browse+to+the+web+site+and+select+the+option+to+login+automatically.",

}

How and where can I enable automatic login for the sharepoint folder for all users of the power app.

    Hi @Jack13 , Account used in the "Get file content" action connection should have access to the SharePoint library. Make sure the file that you're trying to access do not have unique permission, otherwise it should work without any error

    Hi @Jack13

     Problem seems like it was permissions related in the sharepoint datasources. One of my flow I upgraded the permissions and the flow automatically reran itself.

    Hi @Jack13  did you find the solution on this ?
    Despite of having an admin with Full control access, I am also facing same issue as you.Though I am trying to achieve using REST-API in power automate desktop.
    @ManishSolanki I would appreciate if you can help us here.The URI works well , when it is opened in browser.

    Hi @JojiCherian

    You may directly use "SharePoint" cloud connector in PAD as those are available in latest version.

    Here is the list of cloud connector supported in PAD:

    Cloud Connectors in Power Automate for desktop - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn

    If this helps & solves your problem, please remember to give a 👍 and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.

    Hi @ManishSolanki ,
    Thank you for your prompt response .Before attempting the  PAD Web Service , I tested it with cloud SharePoint connectors  , that went well.
    However , the current requirement is to exclusively use the PAD Web Service.
