Could not find any valid connection for connection reference name 'shared_outlook' in APIM tokens header."

Hi hive mind. I haven't had any problems with PowerAutomate for a while but I am starting to tear my hair out with the message "Could not find any valid connection for connection reference name 'shared_outlook' in APIM tokens header." or variations of that depending on the connections I use. The flow is really simple and works fine until I add the email step.  I have tried adding different additional steps (such as trying Muhimbi for my pdf conversion).  I have also tried rebuilding the flow from scratch but the same thing happens each time. But the email step works in other flow. Can someone please help me out before my laptop learns how to fly? I'd appreciate it.

For the sake of power archeologists that are searching for answers to this in the future. I have not found a proper solution (or destroyed my computer). In the end I have created two flows, one to create the file and attach it to a sharepoint item and another, triggered by a change to items in the sharepoint list, that gets the file and emails it. Its not elegant but it seems to work.

    Hi

It’s weird as it’s specific to you doing it as those combos are used all over.

oh and you may need to either go to the solution itself and or the home page to create a new connection you can use.

    totally bizarre

HI Micheal, thanks for taking the time out of your day to try and help. I have now tried adding a new connection but it only allows me to add work connections and I only have the one.  It get weirder though. I have tried rebuilding the flow a couple of times. The first time I did it starting with just click a button and send me an email (my outlook connector works in other flows so I wanted to test it in a fresh one) without any powerapps or create files or anyhting. That worked ok. So i added in the create file steps, as per the original flow. Now the same error pops up as before. Deleting those steps makes the error go away. But keeping those steps and instead deleting the email step means the error stays. BUT, in the original flow, its the other way around. Keeping the create file steps is fine but the email step is causing the issue. So it seems like some sort of incompatibility wherein the flow can either create a file OR send it but not both and whichever you ask it to do second will remain the problem.

    Hi,,

And haha yeah many of my mice ended up learning to vertically jump far distances unwillingly.

Its very possible that reference its hosed and you won't be able to fix it.

I would really suggest creating another one (if you can).

If you can but aren't sure how, do this

click the ... at the end and choose +Add new connection

Of if this is in a Solution you can go to the solution and click Connections and then choose New Connection
