Hi team,

I have 20 SharePoint list with identical column structure. I need to show data from all these 20 lists in single gallery in powerapps.

I need to filter this data as well. Shall I use power automate with parallel branches  or use concurrent(collect(list1),collect(list2),....) in powerapps itself.

Which one is better? power automate or concurrent with collect formula in powerapps? Which one will take less time?

The best option is using PowerApps concurrect function, but there is a limitation of 2000 record per list. However if you have more than that I would suggest using PowerAutomate to collect everything and return the info to PowerApps.

    I hope it helps 🙂
