What do you mean by copilot button? Do you mean the side panel that you can chat with Copilot?

If you mean that then make sure your environment is located in one of these regions:
    • Asia Pacific
    • Australia
    • Brazil
    • Canada
    • Europe
    • France
    • Germany
    • India
    • Japan
    • Norway
    • Singapore
    • South Africa
    • South Korea
    • Sweden
    • Switzerland
    • United Arab Emirates
    • United Kingdom
    • United States

Or do you mean one that helps you create flow (more advanced than just chat bot)? That is only available in environments that are located in United States.

Make also sure you have these:
-Your account is work or school account (not personal account)

    Hi,

    1. Software Version

    • You need Power Automate Desktop version 2.51 (11.2412.xxx.y) or newer learn.microsoft.com.

      • Open Power Automate Desktop, go to Help → About, and check the version.

      • If outdated, update via Microsoft Store or Power Automate website.

    2. Enable Copilot Feature

Note: You should have licensed version

If I have answered your question, please mark it as the preferred solution ✅ . If you like my response, please give it a Thumbs Up 👍.
