Failed to validate the signature of the actionable message card - send email with options

Im trying to send the email with options to a shared inbox. So far all tests done with my own account were running with no issue.
So, I'm guessing the problem is that the recipient is a shared inbox?
Have no idea how to fix this :( Appreciate your input in advance.
