Get selective Microsoft Form's responses into the mail body

Hello All,

I have created a Microsoft form in which I have put some questions with Accept or Do not Accept options. after Person fills out the form, customized mail will be sent to the person as his mail id is added to the forms.

I want to add those questions whose answers are submitted as "Do not accept" on the mail body saying these are the question that is not accepted by you. and then suggest what to do based on that question.

how do I do that in power automate?

    Hi Sunny,

First off you'd put in the 'get response details' block from the Forms connector. You give it the ID from the form trigger.

This will give you all answers to the questions.

Then you could use an 'initialize variable' to create an empty string following I imagine you can use several If-statements to determine 'was this question answered as Accept?' (one if-statement for each question) and if the user did not decline append the desired text to the string variable. You might want to add an empty line at the bottom of the text you append to the string so the different texts are not sticking together.

Then at the end, put the string variable into the mailbody and it should have your desired result.

Hope this helps, if so please mark it as solved for future visitors. If not let me know and we'll figure it out further together.

Here's an example I made with just 1 question with an existing form. I removed two pieces of text from the image for privacy reasons.

    Thank You.

Your solution worked well. I may have to add multiple If statement if questions are more. but I got the result.
