Automatically add text when creating new notes on the Timeline

Is there a way to automatically add text when creating a new note on the Timeline?
 
I don't mean add text after the note has been created, add text as soon as I click on the "+" button for notes on the Timeline:

    Are you saying you want to use the + click to auto add data where you have Enter Text (well its just the hint not you typed it)???
     
    Can you give an idea of what you need? But yes you should be able to use JavaScript to do it, but just want to make sure I understand.
