By using Power Automate, is there a way to flag a response on Microsoft Forms if it doesn't fit the criteria, while still accepting the answer?

I am aware you can add restrictions on the responses in Microsoft forms and responses are not accepted if they do not fit the criteria of the response.

I'm afraid this is not posible to my knowledge since your flow will run when the response is already submitted. The rules in Microsoft Forms is your best option.
