Process Mining licensing for ISVs

Hello 😊

We have developed a Process Scoring application for IT Service Management processes. We defined a number of KPIs across different realms (e.g. conformance, quality, speed, etc.). We extract data from an IT Service Management platform, like ServiceNow, and create an event log. Each process (Incident Management, Service Requests, etc.) is then scored, and an overall score is produced across all processes. It's a bit like the Microsoft Secure Score.

Technology wise, data is stored in Azure SQL, processing is via our proprietary algorithm, and presentation is via Power BI.

I would now like to utilize Power Automate Process Mining, to analyse the event log and present the results in Power BI.

Bearing in mind that this is a SaaS service, I am looking for information regarding licensing: in both production and development environments. We are Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub members and ISV Success members.

Is your question still active or did you get your answer already? If you still need help. can you tell us if you need to know more about what Microsoft licenses are required or if you have a question on how you can create your own ISV licensing for this solution?
