Hello,

I have a approval workflow set up in power automate that is working great except one of my users is getting an error message when he clicks on the link to the document which he needs to view before pressing approve or reject.  When he clicks on the link from either the approvals app in teams or in the email he gets this message;

He is able to view the file if he goes to it directly, but not through the link on the approval.  Non of my other users are getting this error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello,

    This looks like a localized DNS issue.

    Please do the following from a command prompt

    ping www.actionablemessage.olk

    and if you get failures, then its clear

    If its a DNS issue, then its impacting the entire laptop, but its not the link and its not a Power Automate issue.

    I would reboot, I would also, if that doesn't work, refresh their local DNS client.

    from the command prompt

    ipconfig /flushdns

    If its on Wireless, disconnect it. You can also renew their IP (DHCP) etc.

    But this is a local machine issue.

    Cheers
