Associate files with an entity element

Greetings to all. I hope that in the middle of the global situation they are doing well.

I am trying to associate files to the elements of an entity and I have made progress on the topic. I was very excited to find document management using sharepoint but quickly ran into the drawback that I can only use one site as the default where all files will be stored, in my case require different sites where different entities can store the files. Then I stumbled upon this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZqTjF-EV_t4&list=PLN-cZRQeAiDXlc3MOz65kdaXnXRyB8B8V which gave me hope because I thought I could recreate it and it would be the solution to my need. The scenario I have in mind is:

1.- Entities that feed from a sharepoint list.
2.- These entities must complete stages in a BPF and to complete the phase, a file is required as proof.

I need to determine the best solution to store these files and that they are related to the specific element of the entity.

    Hi,

Looking through your issue here, I am not quite certain how to achieve what you are looking for. I would recommend opening a ticket with Microsoft support. I'll include a link below; on how to open a case. Otherwise if any other communities members might know how to approach this I encourage anyone else to chime in.

    Regards,

    Alex
