Approval not being created

This was the most recent test I did on my Flow:

This is what the top part of my "Apply to each" looks like:

The row is being added to the table, but no approval is being generated. I'm not getting any errors so I don't know what's going on. I have tried to just delete the "Apply to each" and create it over again, but that didn't work either. Any suggestions on where to go from here?

EDIT: This was previously working, but I was having issues with one of my test users. I was trying to change some things around so it would work for them. I've put it back to how it was before I started messing with it and it still doesn't work correctly.

Yes, deleting and recreating the step is always a top option to attempt.

If you are doing a lot of editing or changing, it is like the steps have ghosts of old settings and don't want to work after edits. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't.

Had similar problem with no explanation. Refreshed and deleted things until it worked.

Yes, that looks to be my issue.

The odd thing is that I've not messed with that block at all.

I just deleted the block and recreated it and now it works fine. Quirky at best.

    Thanks!

I only asked if User information was being put in Excel as a way to verify the outputs.

If you run a flow and click on the results of Search for Users, it will most likely be empty with a value [] in the outputs.

The value being used from "Approving Supervisor" is not finding/corresponding with a User.

The Search for Users takes the entry of the "Approving Supervisor" and finds their email address. The email address isn't added to the Excel table, but it is used in the Apply to each section when it assigns the approval to that email address.

The Apply to Each doesn't have any values to use; therefore the Apply to Each is immediately completed.

The Search for Users must not be returning any users.

Are you putting any of the User data into the Excel table?
