Geospatial Capabilities Not working... for select few

Thank you for taking the time to read my question.

We've been using an app I created for months now and users are really liking it.

We provided the app to a few more people and they are seeing the following message when they navigate to the screen that has the Map control on it.

"Your environment does not have geospatial capabilities. They can be enabled in the Power Platform Admin Center. Learn more"

The thing is... is that it is enabled and working for many many users. It is not working for only a few. Our corporate standard cell phone is iPhones so everyone has the same phone basically.

We've ensured that Location sharing is on for everyone also.

Any ideas what could be causing this screen to not work only for some?

Hi @EddieE

I did see that post but I did not want to try it as my app is working for 95% of all users. It’s not working for only a handful.

updating the app doesn’t seem like the right fix.

Hi everyone.

Hope this helps for other users. I found the solution. I had to go into the Admin section of my PowerApps environment and update the users that were having issues. I must have missed giving them general access to the environment. Once I did that the issue was resolved.
