I'm trying to create automation that will create taks when new email arrive in shared mailbox.
My first version worked fine, however it created duplicates when someone replayed to our mail. To fix that I've added logic
unfortunately this do not work. It say that run was successful but ticket is not added.
Why condition box is greyed out and can't peek inside?
