WordPress connection not authenticating

I can't seem to get the WordPress connection set up correctly. It shows a status of "Can't sign in.", and when I use "Fix connection", while it takes me to the WordPress API page which lets me approve access, clicking approve then closes that window without success; the connection still shows as "Can't sign in".

Anyone else seeing this, or have thoughts on what the problem might be?

Hi @Cerebrate,

I did some test on my side, created a new connection, and updated the connection, but none of them had the same issue as you.
Have you tried using a different WordPress account to create a connection?
I recommend that you remove all exist WordPress connection first, then create a new connection, or use another account to create a connection to see if the problem persists.
Please take a try and let me know if issue still exists.

I've tried both now (removing all WordPress connections - easy enough, since this is the first one I'm trying - and using a different, freshly-created WordPress account) without, unfortunately, success.

I do have a longer error message to report, however:
