Email Sending Issue

Hello,
I created a flow that allows a person who fills out a Forms questionnaire to send an email. However, I noticed that when someone completes the Forms questionnaire, my name appears as the sender of the email.
Could you please assist me with this?

The issue arises because the email is being sent from your connection in Power Automate, which defaults to using your credentials as the sender.

    • Create a Shared Mailbox in Microsoft 365: - Contact your administrator to create a shared mailbox (e.g., forms-notifications@yourdomain.com).

    • Grant Send-As Permissions: - Ensure you have Send As permissions for the shared mailbox.

    • Update the Flow: - In the Send an Email (V2) action: Choose From (Send As) and select the shared mailbox. Set the Reply-To address to the respondent’s email captured in the Forms questionnaire.

try the above which is a best practice and let me know if you need more details.

Hey Mate, Please check is the account used in the connection have "Send as" or "Send on behalf of" permissions for the mailbox?

    Please check the documentation:
