Send document for signature

Hello,

 

Can anybody help!

 

I am looking to set up a folder for a specific user that will be external, when any documents are added to the folder, I would like the document to be sent to the user requesting a signature and then the signature added to the documents and returned back by either email or added to their folder. Is this possible?

 

We do not have any signature software, we are only a very small business.
