Hey Guys

Got fed up with some issues

Danny_Dicaprio_0-1705991507260.png

If you look at the above screen, under the columns Consequences, I need to add around 16 details with the name "Why would this happen," even though all of the 16 have the same name, I am not able to tack which all I have added and which all I have not. Could anyone please assist me in adding the 16 "Why would this happen" questions to the sequence column in the simplest way possible?

    Hi @Danny_Dicaprio ,

Could you please explain more on your Form design? Why you are using so many questions with the same title? Wouldn't users be confused about how to answer so many of the exact same questions?

    Best regards,

    Thanks for the reply @v-jefferni

I have an MSform with the top 16 risk. When a user selects one of the risks, it populates a set of consequences for that risk.

So basically, the questions remain same, and that's the issue Iam facing in the flow.

    Hi @Danny_Dicaprio ,

I assume that you can add a label after each question to assign the question to the corresponding risk:

    Why would this happen (r1)?

    Why would this happen (r2)?

    ...

    Best regards,

@Danny_Dicaprio, similar to @v-jefferni, in these situations I start the question with a letter. e.g. A- Why would this happen?
