Flow To Sharepoint Calendar

 I currently have a flow for vacation requests from employees. Our employees will request vacation time on an embedded Microsoft forms on our SharePoint. This will then send an email to me asking me to approve or reject. The dates in the email are correct but for some reason when it applies it to the SharePoint calendar the dates are always one day behind. For example if someone requests November 3rd it will send me an email and show November 3rd but will put it on the calendar for November 2nd. One thing I noticed is it will put 7:00 PM - 7:00 PM so I am not sure if that is an issue or not. My SharePoint regional settings are set to UTC-5:00 EST and I have played around with changing the time zones/Format String within the flow and nothing seems to work.

    Hi @JukeNuke

    SharePoint stores the dates in the configured time zone, did you made sure that you are storing the dates in the correct time zone?

    Best Regards,

    @JukeNuke

    Forms provides date/time info in UTC time.  SharePoint stores info in UTC time regardless of the time zone set for a site.  I believe if reference the dates/times directly from Forms (and not converted dates/times) in the Create item action that you'll get the result you desire.

    Still getting same results. Below are the steps with screen shots

    1. Start time and End time in Create Item changed to Forms

    2. The form I fill out

    3. The email sent to approve or reject with the correct date requested.
