Outlook and DevOps Boards Integration - Failed

(1) ShareShare

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi,

We created an automation process to start sending emails to DevOps Boards as work items.  Everything was working fine until today that the flow started to fail.

Please help ASAP as our work is being blocked.

Thanks!

    Hi @maricel0422,

Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

Does the flow works fine before the issue accurs?

Could you please take a try to create a new flow to see if the issue still exists?

Please share more details so we would try to provide a proper workaround for you.

    Best regards,

    Alice

    Sure.

The flow is actually very simple, when an email is received in a shared mailbox, create an item on DevOps Boards.

It was working perfectly until last 10/19 when the whole day was broken.  It seems to be working now.
