Calendar ID of Public Folder Calendar in Office 365

Hello,

I'm trying to setup a Flow to copy new events from a public folder calendar to another public folder calendar in Office 365. I can get Flow to read events from my local default calendar, but can't determine the Calendar ID's for the public folder calendars no matter what I try--including quering the Office 365 API URL's. Any help would be desparately appreciated.

In short, I want a small department's shared calendar to automatically copy new events to the entire firm's shared public folder calendar. I thought this would be easy with Flow but it's turning out not to be the case.

Thanks so much,
Jeff

    v-micsh-msft,

Thanks for the link, but this type of request has been made plenty of times on the Forms UserVoice. Can you at least ask the PG team to at least make a statement on at least one of them. Its like no response from anyone on UserVoice

    Hi @jsaginor,

I got a response from PG, and has been told that currently public Folder Calendar is not supported under Microsoft Flow.

Please submit this as an idea in the Flow Idea forum, to add support for Public Folder Calendar under Microsoft Flow.

    Hi @jsaginor,

If you mean the Calendar created with the method below:

    https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/14038.how-to-create-a-public-folder-calendar-in-exchange-2010.aspx

I could confirm that this is not available for Microsoft Flow to Get that Calendar.

Please take a try to submit this as an idea under Microsoft Flow idea forum.

Copying Calendar Event should be available under Microsoft Flow, which need the User Account to be the Calendar creator.

Then the created Calendar should become available under the dropdown list under Microsoft Flow.

Using the Trigger "Office 365 Outlook - When a New Event is created", and the action "Office 365 outlook - Create Event" should be able to perform the task.

    Regards
