Hello, when I approve the flow, reject e-mail is sent.
Please advise if there is something incorrect in my condition?

I don't know why you loop through trigger body, the only potential loop before the condition should be through the Approvals responses, but since you reference 'Outcome' in the expression it shouldn't need even that - the flow could be loop free (unless you use some details from the responses in the emails).
For the condition I'd check whether the outcome is really ApproveD (with D at the end) and not just Approve (without D).
I updated it to "Approve", and it worked!! Thanks so much!
