'Copy files from one OneDrive for Business account folder to another' - issue with big file

Hello.
I have a problem with execution of the flaw, based on template 'Copy files from one OneDrive for Business account or folder to another' with big file (14GB)  - it works great with small files.

If that's a known problem?
Or something wrong in my configuration?

Manual copy that big file from my source folder to my target folder works.

    Max size is 50 MB currently.
