how to delay for more than a month then send email?

Hello everyone,

I am aware of the process however I am unsure whether it will still perform the actions. As far as I know power automate can only hold up to 30 days before it deletes it in the automation history. If lets say I add 1 month to the creation date, will it still perform the action even though the flow run for this particular item is no longer visible?

I have also used copilot to confirm this and this is what it said:
"Yes, you are correct. In Power Automate, a flow run can only last for a maximum of 30 days

. If you set a delay for 30 days, it will be very close to this limit, and there is a risk that the flow might be canceled if it exceeds the 30-day limit."

Hi,

If you set a delay of more than a month, the flow may get cancelled.

An alternative is to create a SharePoint item or use Excel to store the date. You can then schedule your flow to run daily, check if the current date matches, and send an email accordingly
