Relationship design sharepoint

Dear Community,
 
What should be the best way to represent following data in powerapp? 
I think cascaded drop down should be better. Also how should the relationships
in SharePoint be defined? I am expecting around 500-600 rows. The last categories don't have Parent category

    I have added below Sub-Category list structure. I am looking to have another list where all these will be referred and it will be filtering based on TopCategory then Category and lastly Title column.

    Is there any way to achieve this?

    I have managed to filter second combo box using formula. However unable to make 3rd to work. I am unsure that the Title field which is single line of text is creating issue. Do I need to make this field as lookup as well?

     

    Sort(Distinct(Filter(

        Choices('Sub-Category'.SCCategory),

        Id in ShowColumns(

            Filter(Category,TopCategory.Id=DataCardValue2.Selected.Id),

            "ID"

        )

    ),Value),Value,SortOrder.Ascending)

     

    Can someone please guide
