Is it possible to include a link to the actual Microsoft Form submission via Flow?

My flow consists of a MS Form connector for when a new response is submitted > get response details > get user profile > Create item (in SharePoint) and then Send an email.

 

I would like the email to include a direct link to the Microsoft Form that was originally submitted/filled out...NOT the SharePoint list item that was created.  The group I've created the form for needs to be able to see the form submission/response as it was populated. 

 

Is this possible?

    1. You could try this solution provided by @goncaloperes 

    2. Or the easier way is to simply tick these 2 boxes in the Form

    Other than saving the responses in SharePoint and sending that OR building a table of responses with a flow, I'm not sure if there's another way to do it
