I am wondering whether it is possible to create a flow that is triggered by a specific workflow work item that is created in D365 for Operations?
What I have in mind is that the creation of a specific work item triggers an email that allows the user to approve or reject a specific workflow task.
Depending on the selection that the user makes in his email, flow should then update the workflow task and continue the workflow process.
Appreciate any feedback on this scenario.
