Hello all,
So, I've created a library of wonderful flows, all of which have been working great until recently. The only connection that has refused to persistently connect is the one created for Teams.
Scoured the forums for answers, came across the suggestion to clear out the browser cache - and that worked, temporarily, but the issue came back. Went back to the drawing board and followed the suggestion of removing duplicate Teams connections ( which I had a few but was always hesitant to remove), and made the issue worse, it seems.
I utilized the PowerAutomate application within Teams and was able to restore a couple of the Adaptive Card flows' connections by connecting them there. Again, was temporary. Worked once, then refused to connect again. This did not apply to the Flows which Teams did not recognize as "Teams" flows though. That presents me with a different error, when attempting to Save after "successfully" restoring the connection. I receive a different error: Connections are not authorized yet
Resolved the connection in Teams:
Cannot Save..
These Flows have worked flawlessly hundreds of times. My licensing appears to be good standing in Azure.
We do use SSO, as we're a very large corporation. Reading the documentation from the Microsoft Learning site on this subject, that may be the issue, but it doesn't make sense that these worked flawlessly for a long time in development.
Now, I cannot create any new Teams Flows because of this connection error.
My apologies for the story here but needing answers, so I can spread the goodness of these Flows. 🙂
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
Chris
