Automated Excel update from Planner doesn't work with my flow

Dear Community, I am a total Noob and can't figure the following out: I have an excel as a monitoring dashboard and want to automatically update it via flow from the Planner dashboard. I found the flow template below in a tutorial and filled it out accordingly. The flow checker says all green, but when I run it, it always fails.  I saw that there have been some similar questions raised in the past, but I couldn't find the answer there.

 

I would really appreciate if you PowerUser-Veterans could point me into the right directions (or even if you have an idea how to fix it, all is welcome). Thanks a lot in advance for your time and support.
