I'm attempting to setup my chatbot inside a Team so that a test group can experiment. However to activate the chatbot within a Team feature I'm required to share the agent with the entire organisation.

The only concern i have with this is: will it send an email or not.

It does not specify and I cannot risk notifying 2000 people about this brand new chatbot.

Not that it has confidential data, just a case of I dont want EVERYONE using it and asking questions before its even finished.

here are the steps:

Open your agent in Copilot Studio: Navigate to the agent you wish to share.

Access the sharing options: Click on the More icon (…) in the top menu bar. Select Share from the dropdown menu.

Share with everyone in the organization: In the sharing panel, select Everyone in [Your Organization Name]. Set the permission level to User – can use the agent.

maybe instead of doing it this way, you could just share the link to an agent to the people who are involved in testing?
