App is not correctly getting published

Hello,

I had issue with my Canvas Application after publishing. While running app in PowerApp Studio. App functions normally as planned but when running separately is stop functioning on initial screen. Used app url and try to run it our outside studio it gets stuck on initial screen. Same issue was reported by people whom i gave access to tool. It clearly seems all codes dont function, when clicked on button which has simple navigate command does not work.

Issue started since start of this month. Prior to that app was functioning normally to other users.

AppID: ea4d2e6f-3561-446b-a623-31e770c01867

I tried exporting and importing application to different office 365 tenancy and there also i am having same issue.

AppID in different office365 tenancy: eb0a2f09-e12e-4c62-8c9c-a7a959ad9fcd

Could someone help me fixing issue.

Hi @priyankedart ,

Could you please share a bit more about your issue?

Do you mean that the published app could not work in web browser?

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. Please consider clear cache of your browser, then sign in your PowerApps again, run your published app, check if the issue is solved.

Also please consider edit your app, then turn off the "Delayed Load" option and "User non-blocking OnStart rule"within Advanced settings of App settings of your app, then publish your app again, check if the issue is solved.

Hi Kris,

Issue is coming after app is published. Only on published app while there is no issue or error message identified on PowerApps Studio screen.

I made modification stated by you but that too did not seems to work. After making changes it is more than 15min app has not moved a bit.

I tried clearing cache and also tested app on Chrome Browser, new Edge Browser and Opera Browser. Even i used incognito mode and that does not work.

Can you please provide us a session id for when it is not working? You can fetch this by doing alt + right click on the PowerApp.

It would also be easier if you could provide a screenshot of what is supposed to happen and what happens. You are welcome to send me a private message for those if you would like.

Hi Cherie,

There is no error message. App is getting stuck on first screen. Navigate code on timer control does not execute. I have attached screen shot for splash screen.

I tried making other screen primary. That screen also loads but all buttons or functionality does not work correctly.

On screen titled "HomeScreen", I have used Calendar control provided on https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/powerapps-ten-reusable-components/ This was functioning few days back and even running correctly.

Control does not show dates properly populated in published version.

While above control is appearing correctly in PowerApps studio.

I can also make out scripts written in Onvisible event is not running in published app.

I am encountering the same: in PowerApps Studio, everything works like a charm, but the published version does not show the loaded data... 😞

I have an app that I'm readying for staging. The Published version all of a sudden started displaying incorrectly. Certain icons appeared oversized, menu items disappeared. The affected controls were actually Canvas Components, some in app and some from a Component Library. All the while the saved version operates as expected.
