Dear Team,

I'm trying to create a PowerAutomate flow that automates the posting of MS Form responses to a SharePoint list. Sharepoint List name not appearing in Power Automate. I select a site address but the list name does not appear. When I enter a custom value, it gives an error. I could not find a solution from Copilot.

Can you help me please? My e-mail: selin.ertan@beckers-group.com

Thansk advance.

I've never had where the list name does not appear, but I have had where the site does not appear. Check to make sure you have access to the list. If you do, go to the list and copy the display name of the list and choose custom value in the action, and paste it in the display name of the list in the list field. Then press save in your flow twice to see if that resolves the list for you.

Check you have access to the sharepoint list that is the one reason.

Also try changing the classic and Modern experience of the flow.

Everyone else has great info in their replies. I'll add what I can.

As @MS.Ragavendar has suggested make sure you have Permission on the List.

Are you able to see other lists just not the one you are looking for?

If you are able to see other Lists from the site, then it could be a Permission thing or the List may actually be a Library which will not show up.

    Is your List a Library?

If you have Permission but you still can't access it, the go to your List in SharePoint. Go to List Settings. Copy the URL. It would look like this:
    /_layouts/15/listedit.aspx?List=%7B12345678-1234-1234-1234-123456789012%7D

The value between %7B and %7D is the List GUID. If you copy and paste that into the Action, you may be able to Access the List. This worked for me one time when the source list was an old SP Tasks list.

What Action are you using in Power Automate? That would also help to trouble shoot what you are seeing or dealing with.

Let us know what you find.

@MS.Ragavendar  There is no problem with the permission. In fact, I created the list. However I still cant see the list.
