I'm working on a project with an enterprise client. We want to use PA Virtual Agent to conduct some automation on client-side machines - pretty standard usage.
However, the client wants to know the access architecture e.g. what ports to open, what's the data flow between the Virtual Agent and our environment, what are the firewall concerns and the standard run off the mill security questions.
Does anyone know where to find, who to reach out to, for this information?
