Hello Power Automate Team,

I have a Form generating the output for my Sharepoint list. In this form, individuals input an attachment; however, when I see how it looks in the Sharepoint list it only appears as a string. I attached above my current flow and how it's displaying.Screen Shot 2022-07-13 at 3.10.14 PM.pngScreen Shot 2022-07-13 at 3.11.42 PM.png

Can you post a screenshot of your Flow?

If I understand correctly. the user is uploading a file to the Form.  What type of file are they uploading?

@v-bofeng-msft thank you for showing me your flow example. Unfortunately, it still outputs the attachment in an array and not with the name of the PowerPoint linked to the actual data. Is there something I did wrong?

    Hello @irocha ,

have you already tried to use the “base64” expression within the attachment content field in the “Create item” action?
