Hi,Total 3 users will fill out the form
User -1 will complete section 1
User-2 will complete section 2&3 when user -1 completed section 1
User -3 will complete section 4 when user -2 completes section 2&3
Share point : we need to save data on each form completes
For section 1 we need to create a record and after that we need to update the same record
Email notification: send email notification to user 2 when user1 completes
Send notification to user 3 when user 2 completes
Complete scenario what is the best way to achieve it..

MS Forms doesn't support having a single copy of a form filled out by multiple users. It also doesn't support setting default values for questions in the forms. So you can't do what you've described using MS Forms. You can use Power Apps to do it if all 3 users have Microsoft 365 licenses and access to SharePoint.  The best way to do this is to use a combination of Power Apps and Power Automate

    Hi @MAnil850071

You can try with 3 forms, each for indiviual user. User 1 fills form 1 and submit it, record is created in sharepoint and then mails user 2 to complete form2 , form2 contains section 2 which will be filled by user 2 . it should be continuing like that ...

    Hope it helps !

The one issue I've seen with that approach in the past is how to tie forms 1, 2, and 3 together. You'll need some kind of ID that they share to find the right SharePoint record.  The problem is there is no way to embed that in the link that you send out for the form.  So you can only use the form with one person or you need them to fill in the key value when they submit each form.  That approach is prone to error.
