Combine Forms responses into one email

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to set up a flow where I can collect the responses via forms and then send these out via email. I managed to build one but the issue is that I want the email to contain all the responses rather than multiple emails for various responses.

So is there any way to append the responses in an EXCEL or PDF or even in the email body??

Since the available trigger is When a response is submitted, so what i suggest you can do is to collect these responses in sharepoint or Excel and at the end of your submissions period if you have any end date , you can email the Excel or read from it and use ConvertHTMLToTable Action and use the Output in email.

I have setup the following flow :
As you mentioned " and at the end of your submissions period if you have any end date ". How do i set this up? Is it something to be setup in my forms? or in the flow?

I mean if you have a specific date for which you stop receiving responses you can setup another manual flow that gather the responses from sharepoint list and sends the email.
