Sharepoint List trigger to move a document and update metadata based on user input

I am creating a flow for a records management utility. I have a list that will be updated with the documents that a user wants to declare as a record. When the user selects a document to declare as a record, they will be asked for the destination site, destination library, country and record code. I need the flow to be triggered when an item is added to the list, then based on destination site and library move the file to that location and update the metadata (country and record code) that the user added.

@Anonymous- I am not sure what you are asking.  Have you tried to create a Flow and are experiencing issues?  If so, what issues are you having?  Are you having trouble with a specific step in the Flow?

    Hi Scott,

I am having trouble moving a document cross site, using the url stored in a column value on a list (seperate sharepoint site). Then subsequently updating the columns on the destination site to match that of the list columns.

@Anonymous- Can you post a screen shot of your Flow so we can troubleshoot?

    Scott
