Power Automate Flow Not Listing Dynamic Content

Hi,

I am using MS Forms to create pupil registers for school buses and have successfully been able to create 11 power automate flows to record the form response in a SharePoint list using the 'Record the form response in a SharePoint' template.

This has worked 11 times.

However, when I try to repeat the process for a 12th time using the same template to record form responses to my SharePoint list I can not get it to work. I have double-checked to ensure I am doing everything exactly the same as I did for the previous 11 forms.

The image below shows how the flow is correctly pulling the dynamic content from my MS Form to enable me to map it across to the value fields on the left.
