Change material arrival date based on choice of supplier column

Hi All,

I am trying to develop a custom form, where when supplier is choosen based on some formula will automatically update the material available date column.

I am interested to ask help on how to proceed & develop such application.

any help is highly appreciated

Hi @VijayTailor ,

I have a column called supplier in SharePoint, in that column i have these choices
glass– 2 days
- hardened glass – 9 days
- glass with film – 4 days
- painted glass – 10 days
- mirror – 3 days
- sandblasted mirror – 6 days

based on choice which was choosed for the order no, it should automatically update the date column based on supplier shoosen. example today is 28/9/2020 order no PR001 use glass as supplier was choosen, then in material arrival date column it should be as 30/9/2020.

One more thing .. where you need to do thing operation in the gallery or Form.?

as custom form, so selections are made in sharepoint.

Find the Solution for your Requirement -

First Update the value same as below in Sharepoint Choice Field.
glass-2 days hardened glass-9 days glass with film-4 days painted glass-10 days mirror-3 days sandblasted mirror-6 days Note - (If you change anything may this not work as expected)
Then select
Today()+Value(First(Split(Last(Split(Text(DataCardValue7.Selected.Value),"-").Result).Result," ").Result).Result)
the DateDatacard and use the below code for DefaultDate properties.
