Bad Key authorization token

Hello,
 
We started getting this error message today and looking to see if anyone else have come acros this issue:

    Realized that the img may be hard to read.
     
    Error message:
     
    'Error from token exchange: Bad Key authorization token.  Token must be a valid JWT signed with HS256 Failed to validate token: IDX10249: X5095Security Key validation failed.  The associate certificate has expired.
     
    Anyone know how to go about refreshing the token authorization?
