It would be great if someone helps in this logic.
I need to rename the outlook email where we can store in onedrive:
I want to rename this filename based on the email which i received from which department
i have 2 lists in my sharepoint. For eg: the list which i have the column of approvalemailreceivedfrom(asha) is updated dynamically .
In the approval list asha is categorized the department of IT so i need to rename the filename is IT.eml instead of approved.eml in onedrive.Kindly advise.

Do you call your sharepoint list/item in this flow?
You can put department Value in file name than.
