Hello

I am building a PowerApp that multiple users will access repeatedly to update a section of the PowerApp so I will be creating something just like a repeating table in InfoPath.

I've thought about it and got this - These 'updates' would get get patched to a SharePoint list each time a user updates and saves the update in the PowerApp. I will use the ID of the form and the filter formula to bring back correct updates for the correct form when the form is opened.

My question is when the SharePoint list that I keep patching to reaches 5000+ items, will the filter formula work on bringing back a data source that large and filtering it?

Has anyone had any experience with this? or think there could be a better way that I might be missing?

Hi @JmeBrey ,

If you index the field (SharePoint allows up to 20 fields per list) in SharePoint, Delegable queries on potentially any size list will work fine. In SharePoint List Settings > Indexed Columns (down the bottom just above Views)
