How to send an email on behalf of maccount@microsoft.com account using O365 OutLook connector?

Hello,

 

when I try to run flow with sender "myname@mail.com" account in O365 OutLook send email action, I see following message:

 

You are not authorized to send mail on behalf of the specified sending account.

 

same for the account - maccount@microsoft.com

 

Is there any way to send an email via generic account even though the flow is running under different account connection?

    To send an email using a different account in the From field you need that account to have a mailbox in Office 365 and anyone running the flow needs to have Send As permission to that mailbox.  maccount@microsoft.com is a private mailbox for the Microsoft domain and you won't have access to that one.

    How do you give Send As permission? I found a similar thread where they saw this screen which I have no idea how to get to:

    This article explains how to grant Send As permission to a mailbox using the Exchange admin center.  The problem is that it would need to be done for each user who is sending the mail and each mailbox involved.  Manage permissions for recipients in Exchange Online | Microsoft Docs
