Hi,

I have a test flow which will copy list items with attachments from first list to second list with attachments.

The flow is failing at the last step with add attachments action with the following error :

My flow is very simple and here is the screenshot of the configuration:

Any leads is highly appreciated.

    Hi @Sachzz ,

The point is that we can not use the item's ID in ListA to find an other item in ListB.

If list and list1 are connected through a field, you can list all the items in list2 and then use the filter to find the corresponding record and get its ID.

    Best Regards.

    Hi @v-bofeng-msft ,

    Thanks for the reply.

List 1 and List2 are the same with same columns in both , I was just trying to copy the list item from 1st list to 2nd list .

Could you pls let me know what exactly do I need to input in the add attachment ID section ?

    Regards,

    Sachzz

    Hi @Sachina3 ,

Each list has an ID column because it is a standard, auto-generated, non-editable code for user tokens for each item's identity. So you need to confirm that the ID returned by the list 1 trigger exists in list 2.

    Hi @v-bofeng-msft ,

Thank you very much for the support.

I was able to solve the issue as I added the ID of list 2 in the add attachment action, instead of the ID from List 1 which was causing the issue .

    That solved the issue.

    Regards,

    Sachin
