I am having a trouble figuring out how to add an image submitted through a form to a teams message. The idea is that the user goes through the form by uploading an image, then the receive receives a message with the information and image attachment in a adaptive card ( if possible) or in a separate message that has the submitted image.

Are you saving the attached document/image anywhere like in SharePoint? because I have a same flow where I collect the documents and images through MS Forms and that attachments are saved in my SharePoint and then I can send/attach them in my "Send an email" or "Send email with options"
